Elevate Sports Performance is a Faith-based, performance training organization. We believe that we are called to represent and honor God in our relationships (family, friends, significant others), at school and work, and in our competitive outlets.
We have been given the perfect example of how to love others in how Christ loves us. We encourage loving others even when it seems impossible.
We all are presented with options in how we respond to challenges. We want to respond to these situations with clarity and thoughtfulness.
Dedication to the continual sanctification process with reading the Bible, daily prayer, and participation in routine godly fellowship.
We believe in hard work, dedication, and perseverance. However, with that comes learning how to enjoy and have fun through that process. Learning how to navigate the balance of stress and fun is vital for a well balanced life.
Strength, power, plyometrics, agility, core are all components to our performance training model. We get results and we have the statistics to prove it!
The human body can only perform as well as it can move. Mobility is vital component to optimize human performance and minimizing injury.
Rest and recovery are the most underutilized modalities in enhancing performance. In order to take steps forward, we need to recognize our need to slow down and implement appropriate recovery methods (sleep, meditation, diaphragmatic breathing, massage).
What we put in, is what we get out. Fueling our body appropriately maximizes our ability to perform and recover.
Instilling a growth mindset in our training helps to build character and resilience in sport and life.
